之前翻译了一下 GitHub 的说明文档，遇到了一个不太明白的地方，今天来回顾记录一下。
翻译的文档里有这样一句话
Only do this if you want the new branch to become the base against which all future pull requests and commits will be made.
这里的 “against which” 让人有点摸不着头脑。 百度了一下这两个词发现了相似的句子。

这样就可以很明显的看出后面的 which 接的是一个定语从句，句子的意思是“只有你希望新的分支成为所有未来拉取请求和提交的基础时才执行此操作”
